Thank you for your interest in allowing Bases Loaded –The Baseball and Softball Superstore to participate in your special event or donation/sponsorship opportunity. Bases Loaded gets hundreds of request for sponsorship and donations each and every year. Bases Loaded donates thousands of dollars’ worth of merchandise, gift certificates or account reductions to local organizations each year. We do not provide cash or direct financial contributions.
Since Bases Loaded is a small business and has limited resources so we focus our sponsorship/donations to the leagues and organizations that purchase uniform and equipment from us.
Donations are in the form of:
Merchandise
Gift Certificates
Account Reductions
Fund Raising
Your non-profit organization must have 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status. Bases Loaded does not sponsor individual teams, private individuals, or provide cash donations. Bases Loaded will review every request but please keep in mind that submitting a request does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation.
