We accept purchase orders over $300 free of charge. If it is under $300 we recommend using a credit card and ordering directly from our website. If your organization requires the use of a purchase order, we can process your purchase order under $300 for a processing fee of $20.

Please fill out the form below to request a quote for your purchase order. We will respond within 1 business day (most time within minutes). Once we receive your approved purchased order, we usually ship the same day it is received (3PM PST).

We are required by law to collect sales tax if a state sales tax exemption is not provided and we collect sales tax in that state. Please provide your state issued number (ex. Tax ID, Exemption Number, etc.) on a valid exemption certificate. If you can provide us with a Sales Tax Exemption from your state we can setup your account as Tax Exempt. A letter from the IRS showing tax exemption (501c) does not qualify for Sales Tax Exemption. Documents such as IRS letters, W-9's and state issued permits/licenses are generally NOT acceptable forms to claim a tax exemption.  Most nonprofits are exempt from federal and state income tax, and they are also frequently exempt from real property tax. But the one tax exemption that even nonprofits usually do not qualify for is sales tax/use tax exemption.
