Bases Loaded will review every request but please keep in mind that submitting a request does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation. We review all requests within 5 business days. Please submit your request at least 2 weeks prior to any special event. Due to the volume of request that we receive we will email you a response on your request ONLY if it is approved.
Your non-profit organization must have 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status. Bases Loaded does not sponsor individual teams, private individuals, or provide cash donations. Thank you for your submission.
